Even Apple announced that the Apple Intelligence and SharePlay features will not be available at launch in Europe. Why is Europe missing out?

EU regulators are like the top AI experts, knowing exactly how it will develop. Even before imagining all the use cases. Not to mention the previous archaic standards for EV charging or consumer electronics charging that started with micro USB, ended up with USB-C, or even the more recent cookie banner example that ruined all our web experience. And the consequences are real: missed innovation, lost investment, and a brain drain of tech talent and companies. But it doesn't have to be this way.
