Not into gifting gadgets that gather dust? Here are my favorite digital subscriptions that are actually used. First up, AI superpower subscriptions. Granola, at around $10 a month, is the best meeting recap tool after testing almost every AI note-taker. ChatGPT Plus gives unlimited access to the latest GPT models, privacy, and no usage limits. Perfect for power users at about $25 a month. Ideogram and Midjourney are my favorite creative collaborators for generating images, from presentations to birthday cards.
Generally around $10 to $20 a month. Moving on to education. MasterClass, at about $6 a month with discounts, provides expert lessons on everything from AI to cooking to leadership. Audible or Kindle, at about $8 a month, works for book lovers and audiobook fans. I'm partial to Audible, it lets me read on the go. Duolingo, around $10 a month, is great for meaningful travel prep or keeping brains sharp at any age. Now, health and outdoors. Waking Up or Open, about $20 a month, are my go-to for meditation, breathwork, or fitness to regulate the nervous system.
Outdoor apps like AllTrails for hikers, Slopes for skiers, or Surfline for surfers fit every hobby. Usually they're between $5 to $10 a month. Yuka Premium, starting at around $10 a year, makes choosing healthier food and cosmetics simple. For a free surprise gift, send a personalized Santa video with Synthesia's new web experience, perfect for warm holiday greetings. Not all platforms offer gifting, so you can sign up with their email or use a prepaid online credit card. For useful gadgets, check out my last video.
