He was the first international hire at Maker Studios, establishing product and growth strategy and helping scale the team from 4 to 120 before Disney's $500M acquisition, then served as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for Disney's international non-linear studio. As a consultant he has advised Red Bull Media House, Moonbug ($265M kids-content fund), PepsiCo, Centr, BLAST, and Precise TV on growth, business models, and market entry. On camera, Sander has reviewed emerging technology since 2014, from Google Glass and consumer drones to Vision Pro, and his analysis of AI's impact on work and media has reached audiences worldwide. On stage, he has delivered keynotes and panels at SXSW, Cannes Next at Marché du Film, CogX, Ciclope, LA Tech Week, and Fly Asia.
