Previously futurist and led non-linear strategy at Disney<\/a> after being the first hire at Maker Studios<\/a> heading strategy and product internationally. Before that a product manager \u200bat Verizon Media<\/a> (AOL) and video distribution network Goviral<\/a>. Early on I was also a team member at Europe’s largest seed investment fund Seedcamp<\/a>\u200b and organized hackathons in Africa with Garage48<\/a>\u200b. Sander is also a co-founder of Estonian World<\/a>, largest online magazine about Estonia.
